When you arrive at Integra Dental, you will be greeted by one of our friendly team members. We are a small office, and we pride ourselves in developing close relationships with our patients and with our community. Don’t be surprised if you see us out and about, picking up coffee or going for a walk nearby!
One of the first (and most important) things to take care of is to complete your medical history and billing information. We are proud to be an almost paper-free office, which means you do most of our forms electronically.
Once your information is complete, you can rest in our cozy waiting room. Our waiting room features comfy chairs, magazines, a fire place, and a kids’ table, complete with books and toys. We also offer complimentary WiFi. We try to make sure your appointment begins promptly, so most patients don’t get to spend much time in the waiting area.
Our treatment rooms were designed with patient comfort in mind. A feature that sets our office apart from many other offices is our dental chairs, which have heat and massage. Patients can choose their type of massage and warmth level. For extra comfort, pillows and blankets are available upon request.
A few hints to make your visit as easy and stress-free as possible:
- When scheduling your first appointment, please notify us regarding any medical condition that may be of concern, including if you have history of artificial joints or heart problems.
- Please bring your insurance card (if you have one), a photo ID, and a list of any medications you are taking. If you have current x-rays, we also recommend you bring those as well.
- We require that all patients under 18 years old be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete them at the office. - If you are planning to use GPS to get to our office, keep in mind that GPS systems tend to take our patients to a residential neighborhood rather than our office. The best way to use GPS to get here is to input our name into your system, rather than our address.
